This page explains what information ModelLink AI collects when you visit modellinkai.com or contact us about an engagement, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We have written it the way we would explain it to a partner over coffee. If anything here is unclear, write to us.

What we collect

  • Information you submit when you book a call or email us — your name, contact details, company, and the context of your inquiry.
  • Aggregate analytics about how the site is used, collected via Vercel Analytics — no personally identifying information, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for operational and security purposes for a short period.

How we use it

We use the information you give us only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct the call, and follow up with relevant materials. We do not sell it. We do not share it with marketing networks. We do not use it to train AI models.

Where it lives

Inquiry data lives in our internal CRM and scheduling tools, with access limited to the people working on your engagement. Analytics data is processed by Vercel under their terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email ceo@modellinkai.com and we will act on the request within ten business days.

Cross-border

ModelLink AI operates across the UAE, Europe, the United States, and India. Information you give us may be processed in any of those jurisdictions, with safeguards consistent with the GDPR for European subjects and equivalent regional regulations where applicable.
